For over two decades, we’ve been growing.

Twenty years ago, Carara started with a small group of individuals from varied backgrounds, all with the shared goal, to build a brand with integrity. From day one, the culture of responsibility to our employees, customers, communities and suppliers, has led Carara to its ambition.

Today, Carara employs over 60 permanent staff and has created over 10 000 seasonal jobs on our farms and in our pack sheds.

A collaborative effort of success and excellence.

We take our responsibility to everyone who helps make this business a success, very seriously. From the nurseries to the farmers, management to staff, suppliers, customers and the communities that surround us, we take pride in creating a safe and fair workplace, aiming to make a positive impact on everyone we come to meet.
